1. Terms & Conditions: Pause & Cancel Features

Designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

Subscription Flexibility Policy

• The "Pause" Feature:

  • Notification: To pause a subscription (due to travel or leave), users must notify us via the app or WhatsApp by Friday at 3:00 PM for the following week.

  • Duration: You may pause for up to 4 consecutive weeks. Your balance will remain as a credit on your account.

  • Resumption: Simply "Unpause" by Friday to resume deliveries on Monday.

• The "Cancel" Feature:

  • No Long-Term Contracts: You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Refunds: To receive a refund for the remaining week(s), cancellation must be requested at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle.

  • Prorated Credit: If a cancellation happens mid-week, the remaining meals will be delivered, or a credit will be issued for future use. No cash refunds are provided for mid-week cancellations.

• Do you use additives or MSG?
  Absolutely not. Our "Dainty Discipline" ensures that we use only natural spices and fresh ingredients. Our vacuum technology handles the preservation, so we never have to use chemicals.

• 2 Storage & Preparation

  • How long do the packs stay fresh?
    Thanks to our vacuum-seal technology, our packs stay fresh for 7 to 10 days in a standard refrigerator. Please check the "Best Before" date on each individual pack.

  • Can I freeze the packs?
    Yes! If you aren't ready to eat your meal within the first week, you can freeze it for up to 1 month. To eat, simply thaw in the fridge overnight and microwave as usual.

  • How do I heat my meal?
    It’s simple! For refrigerated packs, place the meal in the microwave for 5 minutes. For the best experience, we recommend piercing the bag or transferring the food to a microwave-safe plate before heating.

  • Can I mix Local and Continental meals in a bundle?
    To maintain our specialized kitchen flow, bundles and subscriptions are category-locked (Only Dainty or Only Posh). If you want a variety of both, please use our A La Carte ordering option.

  • How do I pause my subscription?
    Going on a business trip? No problem! You can pause your subscription by notifying us via WhatsApp by Friday at 4:00 PM for the following week.

  • Is there a minimum order for delivery?
    A La Carte orders have a minimum of 2 packs. Bundle and Subscription deliveries are always included in the price.

  • How do I recycle the bags?
    We use food-grade, high-density polyethylene bags. Once you've enjoyed your meal, rinse the bag and place it in your plastic recycling bin. We are currently working on a "Return & Reward" program—stay tuned!

  • How hygienic is the process?
    Hygiene is our core value. Our meals are prepared in a sterile, temperature-controlled facility. The vacuum-sealing happens immediately after cooking to ensure zero environmental contamination.
