Terms & Conditions

· Driver Requirements: All drivers must be 25–65 years old and hold a valid DVLA license (Class B or above) for at least 2 years. International visitors must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP).

· Geographic Limits: Vehicles are restricted to the borders of Ghana. Cross-border travel (e.g., to Togo or Côte d'Ivoire) requires written consent and additional insurance (ECOWAS Brown Card).

· Off-Road Usage: Use of Saloon/Economy cars on unpaved "rough terrain" is prohibited; 4x4 vehicles are required for such terrain to avoid damage penalties.

· Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. A refueling surcharge applies if returned empty.

· Security Deposit: A refundable commitment fee is required via Credit Card or Mobile Money (MoMo) prior to vehicle release.

Chauffeur Hours: Standard chauffeur services cover 10 hours per day (e.g., 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Overtime rates apply thereafter

Booking & Payments

· What do I need to rent a car? A valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years old), a form of ID (Passport/Ghana Card), and a security deposit.( For self drive rentals only)

· Can I pay via Mobile Money (MoMo)? Yes, we accept MoMo, Credit/Debit cards, and Bank Transfers for corporate accounts.

Safety & Reliability

· What happens if the car breaks down? We provide 24/7 Roadside Assistance. If the vehicle cannot be fixed immediately, we will provide a replacement vehicle.

· Are the cars insured? Yes, all vehicles come with comprehensive insurance as standard.

Policies

· Is there a mileage limit? Standard rentals within the city of Accra and long term corporate leases are mileage free. However travel outside of Accra attract mileage charge

· Can I rent a car for travel outside Accra? Absolutely. However, please notify us in advance if traveling to remote regions so we can ensure you have the appropriate vehicle class (e.g., 4x4).
